I love Fridays!  I love the weekend.  I love the idea of Friday.  I love Friday 5. I love sharing all these good things that keep showing up to support our commitment to making ourselves and our world better. Friday means more health and happiness and ease and more opportunities to FEEL GOOD. So, here are five things I found useful, interesting, entertaining and/or helpful this week. Enjoy! Grab yours right here!   Grass fed meat delivery is a thing!!!! It’s not always easy to find grass fed meats and when you do, the prices will definitely give you pause.  Bit if you’re going to eat meat, it’s really the only choice in terms of health.  The grain-fed stuff is toxic, even if it’s organic. Good news!  This week I heard about two options to make it easier to eat the good stuff.  And cheaper. Option one is Butcher Box.  It’s a subscription service.  Because what can’t you subscribe to these days?  It’s $129/month, which works out to $13 – $18/pound.  Okay, that’s not much cheaper, but if you have to drive an hour to get to a source, like I did when I was working in Greenwood, SC, then it may be worth it.
